Why is my WiFi weak in some rooms?
Walls, distance and interference all reduce signal, and a single router in one corner of the house rarely covers everything. A properly placed extender, access point or mesh system fixes it.
Should I get a WiFi extender or a mesh system?
Extenders are cheaper and fine for one dead spot. Mesh systems (like TP-Link Deco or Google/Nest WiFi) are better for larger homes, guesthouses and offices because devices move between units seamlessly. We'll recommend what suits your building and budget.
How much does a WiFi installation cost in Knysna?
Labour is our standard call-out of R695 including the first hour, then R650 per hour. Equipment is quoted separately based on what your space needs, and we'll give you a total before starting.
Can you set up guest WiFi for my guesthouse or B&B?
Yes. We set up a separate, secure guest network with its own password so guests get great WiFi without access to your business computers, and we can help with WiFi that works reliably across all your rooms.
Do you install fibre?
