Contract questions
What does 'unlimited' actually mean?
Exactly that: as many online support sessions as you need for each computer on the contract, for one flat monthly fee. There's no cap and no per-session charge.
What is the monthly maintenance tool?
It's our own maintenance software installed on each contract machine. Every month it runs a check-up (updates, disk health, start-up clutter, security status, temporary-file clean-up) so problems are caught early, then produces a plain-English health status report for you.
Is there a minimum contract period?
We keep it simple: month to month, per machine. Add or remove computers as your needs change.
Does the contract include on-site visits?
The standard contract covers online support and maintenance. On-site call-outs in Knysna are charged at our normal rates, and full-service on-site contracts are available for local businesses. Ask us for a quote.
Do pensioner discounts apply to the contract?
Pensioner discounts apply to call-out and workshop labour. Online support, including the contract, is already our most affordable option and is priced the same for everyone.
