What we collect
When you contact us or use our services we may collect your name, phone number, email address, physical address (for call-outs) and details about the computer problem you need help with. Contract clients' computers run our maintenance tool, which collects technical health information about the machine (updates, disk status, security status). It does not read your documents, email or browsing.
How we use it
To provide and invoice for our services, to contact you about your support request, and to send monthly health reports to contract clients. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Remote support sessions
Remote sessions require your explicit permission each time. We do not retain access to your computer after a session ends and we never store your passwords.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only essential cookies and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. No advertising cookies are used.
