Online support (ad-hoc)Anywhere in South Africa	R300 per session	Per successful session, regardless of time spent. No fix, no fee.
Unlimited online support contractAnywhere in South Africa	R250 per machine / month	Unlimited sessions, built-in monthly maintenance tool and monthly health status report. Month to month.
New computer setup & data transfer	R950 flat	Set up your new machine and move files, email, printers and settings across from the old one.

Pensioner discount: pensioners receive a discount on all labour for call-outs and workshop repairs. (Online support is priced the same for everyone.) Just let us know when you book.

WiFi installations: charged at the standard call-out rate (R695 incl. first hour, then R650/hour) plus equipment, quoted upfront after a quick survey. More about WiFi installations.
