If your laptop switches on and gets online, there's a good chance we can fix it remotely: slow performance, viruses, email, printers, Windows updates and software installs. R300 per successful session, and you watch the whole time.

Laptop repair questions
How much does a laptop repair cost in Knysna?
Workshop labour is R550 per hour, and most common repairs take one to two hours. Parts (screens, batteries, drives) are quoted separately before we order anything, so you always know the total upfront.
How long will my laptop repair take?
Software fixes, clean-ups and virus removal are usually same-day or next-day. Repairs that need parts depend on delivery to Knysna, typically 2 to 5 working days. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you drop it off.
Do you repair Apple MacBooks as well as Windows laptops?
Yes. We work on Windows laptops and desktops from all major brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus) as well as MacBooks and iMacs.
Can you recover my files from a dead laptop?
In most cases, yes. If the drive is readable we can copy your documents, photos and email to a new drive or computer. Data transfer to a new machine is a flat R950.
Do I need to book, or can I just drop my laptop off?
Walk-ins are welcome at 19 Tide Street during office hours, but a quick call first means we can have the right technician ready for you.
